For the Brand: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, policy abuse, or violation of these terms.
For the Customer: By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product Accuracy & Ingredient Safety

For the Brand: We strive to display the colors, textures, and packaging of our products as accurately as possible. However, because we prioritize high-quality, natural ingredients, slight natural variations between batches may occur. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities or discontinue products at any time.
For the Customer: Our formulations contain natural ingredients (such as shea butter and essential oils). It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredient lists to avoid personal allergens. Royal Oils Grooming Co. is not liable for individual skin reactions to properly labeled ingredients.

3. Purchases, Pricing, & Modifications

For the Brand: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service or products without liability.
For the Customer: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. If a pricing error occurs on the website (e.g., a technical glitch listing a $50 bundle for $5), we will contact you to correct the order or cancel it for a full correction—ensuring fairness to both parties.

4. Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations

By placing an order, you explicitly agree to the individual policies established by Royal Oils Grooming Co., which operate in tandem with these terms:

Shipping: All orders require up to a 72-hour processing window before being shipped via Standard or Priority methods.
Returns: To protect hygiene standards, we offer product exchanges only (no cash refunds) for sealed/unused items (within 30 days) or lightly used items (within 14 days).
Subscriptions: "Subscribe & Save" memberships require cancellation requests to be submitted at least 3 business days prior to your renewal billing date.

5. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

For the Brand & Customer: Royal Oils Grooming Co., our directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our service or products. Our liability to you shall be limited to the maximum amount you paid for the specific order in question.
