Refund policy

At Royal Oils Grooming Co., we want you to feel confident and look your best. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our premium grooming products. If a product isn’t the perfect fit for your routine, we are here to help you find the one that is.

Because of the personal nature of grooming products, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. Instead, we offer product exchanges to ensure you get a formula or scent that works perfectly for you.

Policy Guidelines & Product Condition

To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Sealed & Unused: Products in their original, unopened packaging can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Lightly Used: We understand that sometimes you need to try a scent or feel a texture to know if it's right. We accept exchanges on lightly used products (more than 75% of the product remaining) within 14 days of delivery so you can swap it for a new product.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns on items that are heavily used, completely empty, or purchased through third-party retailers.

How to Start an Exchange

Send an email to our grooming experts at Info@royaloilsgrooming.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange (e.g., swapping a scent or trying a different oil blend).

Receive Your Return Label
Step 2

Once approved, our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to package your item.

Ship It Back
Step 3

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

Get Your New Product
Step 4

As soon as our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange and ship out your brand-new Royal Oils product free of charge.
